What is injection molding?

Injection molding (Injection Molding) is one of the molding technologies suitable for mass production of precision plastic products.

Injection molding produces precision-shaped products by injecting heated, melted resin into a mold at high pressure, which is then cooled and cured. We utilize this technology to produce high-quality sampling tubes with 2D.

Injection molding enables mass production while maintaining consistent quality, high production efficiency, and high reproducibility.

Manufacturing process of sampling tube with 2D using injection molding

1. Material selection and melting

Our sampling tubes are made of highly durable and highly transparent resin.
Raw materials are carefully selected and fed into a hopper and melted in a heating cylinder under precise control to ensure consistent quality.

2. Injection molding

In the injection process, resin is injected into the mold while strictly controlling pressure and temperature to print fine 2D codes and maintain precise shapes.
Injection speed is optimized to produce products of uniform thickness and high precision.

3. Cooling and solidification

After cooling in the mold, the sampling tube shape is formed.
During this process,it is important to minimize shrinkage and distortion to achieve a stable shape.

4. 2D code printing and quality control

After molding, a 2D code is precisely laser printed on the side and bottom of the tube using our proprietary technology.

These codes facilitate automatic identification and data management, contributing to operational efficiency in research institutes and medical facilities.

After printing, readability and durability tests are conducted to ensure quality.
